This Month's
Cocktail:
SLIPPERY MONKEY
This month's recipe is courtesy of bartender Blanca Martinez, who does a
great job creating this drink for guests and visitors.
The Slippery Monkey is
served at the Bar of the Marriott Resort
Slippery Monkey Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Rum
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- 1/2 oz Baileys
- Island Oasis banana frozen beverage mix (pasteurized banana mix)
- Chocolate sirup
- Banana Liquor
- Ice
- Dark Cocoa
Place the dark cocoa in bottom of glass (a chilled
collins glass or stemmed goblet). Put all other
ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a
chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!
