This Month's
Cocktail:
"Grasshopper"
Grasshopper Ingredients
- ¾ oz. green crème de menthe
- ½ oz white crème de cacao
- 2½ scoops vanilla ice cream or 4 oz Half-and-Half
Mix in blender until smooth. Serve in appropriate frosted cocktail glass. Garnish with
chocolate shavings.
or try a slightly different preparation:
Grasshopper II
- ¼ oz green crème de menthe
- ½ oz. white crème de cacao
- ¾ oz light cream
Shake with ice. Strain into prechilled cocktail glass
