This Month's
Cocktail:
"Pincho Sunset"

This month's recipe is courtesy of
the Pinchos Grill & Bar and has been created by Erik de Sousa. |
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce vodka
- 3/4 ounce crême de cacao
- 1/2 amaretto
- 6 ounce piña colada-mix
- 1 ounce coecoei
- 1-1/2 ounce crême of coconut
Blend the piña colada-mix with ice and mix all ingredients
into it except for the coecoei. Pour the coecoei into a cocktail glass. Carefully pour the
thick mixture into the middle of the glass so that the coecoei will rise to the top on the
sides of the glass to create a sunset effect.
